Ms. Dzuba received a B.A. in Latin American Studies and American Civilization from Brown University and an M.H.Sc. degree in International Health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She spent several years in Mexico coordinating women’s health programs at two community-based organizations and conducting research on cervical cancer prevention with the National Institute of Public Health and the Mexican Institute for Social Security. Most recently, she worked at EngenderHealth on cervical cancer prevention research and program implementation.
