Andrea Isabel López graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in International Relations, Latin American Studies, and Citizenship and Civic Engagement. She has lived in both Santiago, Chile and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Gynuity, she worked as a Program Assistant for the National Violent Death Reporting System housed in the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics. She started working in Gynuity Health Projects in 2018 and currently assists with the TelAbortion research project and the Coalition to Expand Access to Mifepristone in the U.S. (Mife Coalition). Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. López is a native Spanish speaker and has advanced-intermediate knowledge of Portuguese.
