Program Research Coordinator
Ingrida Platais received her B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and her Master in Science from Columbia University School of Social Work. Before joining Gynuity, she was a Project Director at Columbia University’s Global Health Research Center of Central Asia where her work focused on developing and testing prevention and treatment interventions targeting the co-occurrence of HIV/AIDS risk behaviors and substance use. Originally from Latvia, she has lived and worked in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
