Program Research Coordinator
Ms. Tan received a B.Sc. in International Politics from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Health degree from the Program on Forced Migration and Health at Columbia University. Prior to joining Gynuity, she worked on expanding HIV counseling and testing in Zambia for Emory University and provided technical assistance to the World Bank on HIV-serodiscordant couples in Kenya. She has also coordinated a clinical trial on obstetric hemorrhage in northern Zambia for the University of California – San Francisco, and has experience working on sexual and gender-based violence among refugees in Ethiopia.
