Gynuity conducts research with clinical care providers and other researchers in the United States and internationally on critical women’s health issues. Our aim is to reduce morbidity and mortality and also to increase access and availability of services for some of the most significant health problems facing women, such as unsafe abortion, postpartum hemorrhage and preeclampsia. We design and conduct service delivery and implementation research to inform and guide provision of reproductive and maternal health services in a range of contexts and settings. Our clinical research often requires complex trials in a range of settings to identify new treatment options or to refine clinical protocols. Our research portfolio provides women and health care providers the opportunity to learn about and evaluate new technologies, and also serves to generate local evidence for regulatory filings to support registration efforts for drugs or new technologies.
