Gynuity in Ecuador
Gynuity has been collaborating with local colleagues in the public and private sector on two of our key program areas. The first is a feasibility study of a misoprostol regimen to treat incomplete abortion, conducted in a large tertiary level public hospital and a private primary health care center. The second is a multi-country trial of misoprostol for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, also conducted in Burkina Faso, Egypt, Turkey and Vietnam.
