Gynuity in Mozambique
In Mozambique Gynuity worked with a large tertiary level hospital in the capital city to evaluate misoprostol for treatment of incomplete abortion, comparing it to standard surgical treatment. The study produced favorable results and women reported a high level of satisfaction with the method. Gynuity is seeking ways to continue to promote misoprostol as an option for the treatment of incomplete abortion in Mozambique.
