LAC Regional Meeting on Strategies to Reduce Unsafe Abortion

Gynuity was invited to participate in and present during a Latin American regional meeting focused on strategies to increase access to medications to decrease unsafe abortion. Some of the key topics discussed included drug registration and procurement issues, especially as related to medical abortion drugs. The meeting was organized by the Latin American Consortium for Unsafe Abortion (Clacai), and attended by multidisciplinary professionals from Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru.
