Second Trimester Medical Abortion in Puerto Rico

Gynuity conducted a training for the study team on a clinical protocol comparing a misoprostol-along regimen to a combined regimen of mifepristone+misoprostol for pregnancy termination in second trimester gestations. The training was attended by physicians and nurses from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Center, the primary health center on the island offering second trimester abortion services.
