At the FOGSI International Congress on Clinical Challenges in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, a panel co-organized by Gynuity and FIGO shared evidence about new technologies and program innovations for the management of preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage, the two leading causes of maternal mortality. We presented completed and ongoing research from Africa, Latin America, South Asia, and Central Asia, with a focus on low-resource settings and lower levels of healthcare systems, where options remain limited.
