Nelson Hardiman is announcing a series of public webinars focusing on the regulatory questions in relation to telemedicine and abortion.
In the introductory session, Harry Nelson and Dr. Elizabeth Raymond will provide an overview of telemedicine abortion, including its development, clinical and regulatory evolution, and how it has changed and is changing the conversation around abortion-related care. The speakers will take into account the recent decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to overrule two landmark cases regarding abortion: Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
