Dissemination meeting - Improving safe abortion services in Armenia

Gynuity Health Projects held a dissemination meeting on the results of a study entitled “Acceptability and feasibility of medical abortion in Armenia: A study of 800 µg buccal misoprostol following 200 mg mifepristone for abortion up to 63 days gestation.” The study enrolled 450 women, and was conducted in three clinics in Yerevan. The dissemination meeting was attended by 50 participants including representatives from the Ministry of Health, pharmaceutical companies, local and international NGOs, and medical providers from Yerevan and neighboring cities.
