FIAPAC Congress 2012

At the FIAPAC Congress “Unwanted pregnancy. A fact of life” held October 19-20 in Edinburgh, Gynuity staff participated in the ICMA/EEARC session “Unsafe abortion in Eastern Europe” and gave a presentation on “Increasing access to medical abortion in Caucasian and Central Asian countries”. The topic included the availability of methods for first trimester pregnancy termination, access to medical abortion services in the region, and described Gynuity Health Projects’ collaborative activities and how they have contributed to the expansion of use of medical abortion regionally.
