Gynuity staff and colleagues participated in this national meeting held in Casablanca, February 3-4, 2012. In collaboration with FIGO, Gynuity sponsored a panel entitled “Le misoprostol dans la sante de la reproduction: Nouveuax Protocoles et Recommandations", consisting of four presentations:

• Ms. Laura Frye, Program Research Coordinator, Gynuity Health Projects: “Le misoprostol dans la prévention de l'HPP”
• Dr. Mohamed Cherine Ramadan, Chef de Service, Maternite El Gallaa Hospital, Egypte: “Le misoprostol dans le traitement de l'hémorragie du post-partum (HPP)”
• Ms. Rasha Dabash, Director, Gynuity Health Projects: “Le misoprostol dans le traitement de l'avortement Incomplet et de la Fausse Couche Spontanée”
• Dr. Mongia Ben Attia, Office National de la Famille et de la Population, Tunis: “L’expérience Tunisienne avec l’introduction et l’extension nationale de l’IVG médicamenteuse”
• Prof. Hela Chelli, Chef de Service, Maternité de la Rabta, Tunis: “Evaluation des avantages d'un protocole utilisant mifepristone + misoprostol vs. misoprostol seul pour l'avortement thérapeutique au deuxième trimestre (14-21 semaines) ”
