Technical Meeting on Misoprostol for PAC Expansion in Veracruz, Mexico

Gynuity has been working with the Secretariat of Health in Veracruz to introduce and take to scale misoprostol treatment for incomplete abortion and miscarriage. A meeting was held in the city of Veracruz with over 30 representatives from more than a dozen hospitals operating in two regions of the state to review the national guidelines that indicate the use of misoprostol for this indication, clinical management issues, and appropriate mechanisms to document the new service.
