Seminar on Use of Medications in Ob/Gyn for Rural Health Care Workers in Mexico

Gynuity organized a seminar for 19 medical students conducting community service in and around the rural areas of Palenque, Chiapas in Mexico. The session included a review of the evidence and clinical management for the use of mifepristone and misoprostol for a range of ob/gyn indications including induced abortion and pregnancy failure in 1st and 2nd trimester gestations and the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
